What are the order requirements

To make an order with us, you must:

  • be at least 16 years old;
  • have a debit or credit card that we accept, namely….
  • be authorised to use that debit or credit card (for example, the card is in your name or you have permission from the card owner to use it)
What happens after an order is made?

When you make an order with us the following will occur:

  • You should receive a confirmation email as receipt of your order.
  • We then conduct a standard pre-authorisation check to make sure there’s enough money on the card.
  • We only accept your order once payment has been approved and we have debited the payment card.
  • Your order is accepted by us once payment has been approved and we have debited the payment card.
  • Once you have made your order you will not be able to change it. If you wish to change it then you must cancel the order first and re-order.
  • Should you wish to cancel your order, you can email us at info@weni-inc.com and title the email as ‘Cancel Order’ with your personal details such as your name, contact number and the item(s) you wish to cancel. Alternatively, you can call our customer service line on 0741 224 4731.
  • All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. If there happens to be an issue with your order, please do not worry. We’ll get in touch with you.
  • On some occasions, we may need to refuse or cancel an order or close or freeze an account, even if we have previously confirmed your order. For example, if we notice something unusual on an account. If this happens to you and you think that we have made a mistake, please do not take offence, get in touch with us either via email or by our customer service telephone line and we’ll be happy to help solve the issue.
What if I need to make a complaint or speak to someone?

Although we work extremely hard at weni-inc, occasionally things can and do go wrong, so you may want to get in touch with us. If that happens, please contact our customer service unit, who will work with you to try and resolve the issue:

  • call us on 0741 224 4731.
Can I create or share content for weni-inc?

The simple answer is YES.

At weni-inc every member of the family and their contributions are crucial, so if you have material that is inspirational, motivational and/or exudes positivity, then we’d be honored to feature your content on our social media platforms.

By giving you the platform to feature your content on our social media channels and by responding with the required hashtag (such as #GoWENIWARRIORS) you agree that:

  • we can use your content on our website and social media platforms (including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook and Twitter).
  • we can modify, adapt, edit or enhance the content (however, weni-inc will not show your material in a derogatory way)

 

To create/share content with us, you must:

  • have the permission of everyone in the content;
  • have the right to grant weni-inc the above rights; and
  • are at least 16 years old

If you wish for us to remove any material from our social media outlets, please let us know immediately and we will do so. Please do note that we can only remove content from the social media accounts that we control.

How will I get my goods?

As we are based online, all products will be hand delivered to you. Our aim is to bring you your order within 7 days of purchase, however, this will depend on order volume and your delivery address (e.g. if you live outside of London). We will keep you updated as much as we can via email or via phone should there be any delays or issues with your order.
